PrivateMove offers the following services:

• —VTC trips in Paris and Île-de-France
• —Airport transfers (CDG, Orly, Beauvais)
• —Parisian train station transfers
• —Hourly chauffeur hire
• —Transport for events and private evenings

Rates are shown in euros including VAT on the website. They include:

• —Motorway tolls
• —Airport or station parking
• —30 minutes free waiting at airports
• —15 minutes free waiting at stations

Rates are fixed and guaranteed at booking. No surcharge will be applied in case of traffic jams or high demand.

Payment can be made:

• —By credit card online (secure payment)
• —In cash directly to the driver

Online payment is processed securely. Bank details are not retained by PrivateMove.

PrivateMove undertakes to:

• —Ensure punctuality at each pick-up
• —Maintain vehicles in perfect cleanliness
• —Ensure confidentiality of journeys
• —Comply with the highway code and VTC regulations
• —Hold all mandatory insurance

The client undertakes to:

• —Be present at the agreed address and time
• —Not exceed the authorised number of passengers
• —Not transport hazardous goods
• —Respect the vehicle and not smoke on board
• —Report any delay or change as soon as possible

PrivateMove cannot be held responsible in case of inability to provide the service due to:

• —Exceptional weather conditions
• —Strikes or transport disruptions
• —Unforeseeable events beyond our control

In such cases, the client will be fully refunded or an alternative solution will be offered.
